New information on Verizon's upcoming LTE 4G network have emerged. A few of members of the Verizon 30-city LTE 4G launch have been identified. Rumors have revealed that Philadelphia and San Francisco will be included in the initial roll out later this year.

The information is still preliminary and largely unconfirmed but they are expected to be accurate. Philadelphia and San Francisco are large markets but Verizon may be taken on this challenge in an aggressive effort to keep up with WiMAX 4G.

Well, it seems that Verizon will go all out in the impending LTE vs WiMAX clash. Other reports indicate that Verizon's upcoming LTE 4G network will also go live in New York, LA, and Chicago. Verizon also appears to be targeting globe trotters as its new 4G network will be launched alongside ten airports.
