The Samsung Galaxy Indulge 4G features a side slider design with a 3.5 inch HVGA touchscreen display and a full QWERTY keyboard. It runs on Android 2.2 with the TouchWiz UI.

The first image of the 2nd MetroPCS LTE 4G smartphone surfaced a few days ago and additional info on this upcoming Android smartphone has been leaked. The folks at Samsung Hub have obtained new information on the Samsung SCH-R910.

MetroPCS is currently offering the Samsung Craft to the customers f its LTE network and it appears that its second 4G smartphone is on the way. The folks at BGR have obtained an image of a device called the Samsung SCH-R910, which is expected to be the 2nd MetroPCS LTE 4G smartphone.

MetroPCS may not be considered as a major force in the US 4G competition but the prepaid carrier is working hard to attract consumers. The company has decided to introduce a revised set of plans for its burgeoning Long Term Evolution Network. MetroPCS also mentioned the markets where it expects to expand LTE throughout 2011, including Atlanta, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando and Tampa.

Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless are battling it out for 4G supremacy but MetroPCS is slowly but surely expanding is influence in the 4th generation network arena. The pre-paid carrier has added more markets into its growing LTE 4G network including the Boston, New York City and Sacramento metropolitan areas.

T-Mobile's decision to rebrand its HSPA+ network as 4G technology have triggered heated responses from is rivals. However, a closer lk reveals that the competitors in the US fourth generation wireless market are not actually offering 4G.

Sprint WiMAX, T-Mobile HSPA+, MetroPCS LTE and Verizon's upcoming LTE network may offer speeds that are faster than 3G but they are not technically 4G. The term appears that have evolved into a label that describe a network that offers speeds tha are higher than 3G.
